Ordinance 2022-1 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 Of The Administrative Code “Regulations, Food Establishments.” The purpose of this Ordinance is to revise and restructure the collection of fees from food establishments for special events and plan review. Specifically, the Ordinance reduces the fee for vendors from $100 to $50 per vendor/event and adds a Temporary Food Application plan review fee of $50. |

Ordinance 2022-2 An Ordinance Creating Chapter 11 Of The Administrative Code Of The Monmouth County Regional Health Commission No. 1 Establishing A Code Regulating Electronic Smoking Device Establishments, And Fixing Fees For Licensing Thereof, And Penalties For Violations Thereof. The purpose of this Ordinance is to regulate and license establishments that sell electronic smoking devices, and the Ordinance establishes a yearly $750 license for such establishments and a fine schedule for those who violate such provisions. |
